Long finish with delicious notes of orange and lemon. Complex and harmonious.</p> <p> Ideal with grilled fish and cooked seafood. It should be served at a temperature of 11 to 12ºC.</p>
<p></p><p>Solar das Bouças Colheita Seleccionada White Wine</p> <p>With a floral, fruity, young and fresh aroma, Colheita Selecionada is harmonious, full-bodied and complex on the palate, with a velvety and persistent texture.</p> <p>Goes well with fish dishes, seafood and starters of cow's cheeses and smoked sausages (ham, salpicão).</p>
<p></p><p>Clear and shiny with a citrus yellow hue. Intense aroma with notes of fresh citrine fruit, grapefruit peel, and hints of ripe tropical fruit. In the mouth it is fresh with a good balance between acidity and fruit sensation, ends balanced, always in a refreshing tone.</p>
<p></p><p>Quinta das Arcas has around 50ha, 35ha of vineyards stand out, around 30 years old, where under the influence of a very particular micro-climate grapes of high quality of the Loureiro, Trajadura and Arinto grapes are obtained</p>
<p></p><p></p> <p>In 1917, Lago Cerqueira founds the Caves of Calçada with the construction of a cellar in the House. Casa da Calçada, moreover, had long produced wines, and had a crown that proved it: that which is today the oldest vineyard in the region.</p>
