Susana Pinho, an oenologist from Coimbra, awoke to the world of wine during the final stage of the course she held at Bairrada Wine Station. He found the quality control of the wines very interesting. Then the following year, the opportunity arose to go to work at the Caves of Solar de São Domingos. Then from there, everything started to make more sense and finally realized that it was the area where he wanted to work in the future.
