Natural of Melgaço, António Luís Cerdeira was born in the world of wine and vineyards. Deep knowledge of Alvarinho, currently is manager and oenologist of Soalheiro, functions that he plays with passion and joy. With a spontaneous smile, he feels the cellar and the Sunny as anyone.

He was two years old when his father, with the collaboration of his grandfather, planted the first continuous vineyard of Alvarinho in 1974. Son of the founders, it was the great link, since childhood, to the viticulture that led to the course of Enology at UTAD, completed in 1994. After completing his internship in Burgundy and despite accompanying his father as long as he remembers, it is in that same year that he makes his first vintage as an oenologist.
