Garnet colour, crisp and slightly closed. Fruity character jams of wild fruit, a vegetable character, recalling canned asparagus, and a resinous character, honey and caramel, a little smoky. The palate is almost sweet with balanced acidity and alcohol, some tannins round by a body structured. Complex and long.
