    Deep ruby colour. It has an excellent fruity and voluptuous nose, with spicy notes, especially pepper. On the palate, it is fresh, elegant and with great structure, fine tannins, great concentration and a long finish
    Vinification
    After selection in the vine, a second selection took place at the winery. The wine fermented in granite lagares using the method of grape stomping for a period of 5 days. During this time, the fermentation was interrupted by the addition of brandy
