Tasting Notes
Great intensity of red fruit with elegant and complex aromas of berries. In the mouth it is fresh with an intense taste of black fruit, great structure and volume with an ending mouth juicy and persistent of raspberries and blackberries flavors
Vinification
The grapes were taken to the vinification center in small boxes of 25 kg where they were stripped and crushed and was then forwarded to granite tanks where were trodden by feet
