Tasting Notes
Color with slight reddish nuances. In the aroma it reveals balsamic notes mixing young and dry fruits. Very balanced and mouth-watering delicious.
Vinification
The grapes come from their own vineyards, harvested manually and vinified by the traditional method of elaborating Port wine in which fermentation is interrupted by the addition of wine spirit and later storage in tanks.
