    Tasting Notes
    Dark topaz. Very intense aroma in the caste Moscatel, floral, spices, raisins and nuts. Taste round, very soft and fresh. Very Long Final.

    Fermented in the cement vat the must and benefited with grape brandy shortly after the beginning of the fermentation. Maceration during the winter (6 months) the wine is maintained with the pasta and then removed.
