    Excellent with desserts, chocolate, petit fours and cheese. Excellent after the meal or served on the rocks with thin lemon peel.
    Tasting Notes
    Attractive amber color. Elegant and intense aroma. Rich aroma of ripe fruit. Raisin, coffee and caramel. Soft with notes of molasses and spices. Long and attractive aftertaste.

    Total destemming, crushing and pressing. Fermentation in a stainless steel tank with temperature control. Interruption, 8 to 10 days after initiation by the addition of 96º vinous alcohol.
