The palate is medium-sweet, smooth, and rounded, balancing fruitiness with vibrant acidity. With 19% alcohol, around 85 g/L sugar, and an acidity of 6.5 g/L (tartaric), this wine shines as an after-dinner treat and pairs beautifully with fruit, milk chocolate, cakes or strong cheeses.
