    This wine has aroma of raspberry, raisins, toffee, cherry cough drop and mocha. Warm and dry on the palate with flavors of strawberry and citrus
    Vinification
    The grapes are destemmed, crushed and vinified in a careful maceration with extraction of coloour, tannins and aroma, complemented by permanent pumping-over during fermentation. This process takes place in vats at a controlled temperature (28-30ºC)
