    Developing over a decade and a-half, this seductive, cask-aged tawny is exceptionally smooth with deep flavours of dried fruits, fig preserves, sweet grapefruit, cashew and hazelnut
    Vinification
    The grapes are destemmed, crushed and vinified in a careful maceration with extraction of coloour, tannins and aroma, complemented by permanent pumping-over during fermentation. This process takes place in vats at a controlled temperature (28-30ºC)
