    Tapada Nova Pet Nat Sparkling White Wine

    Pet-Nat wine (Petillant Naturel) produced using the ancestral method. This sparkling wine finishes fermentation in the bottle, thus obtaining a natural gasification that naturally protects the wine without the use of sulfites.

    It presents soft, with a strong and persistent mouth. Fresh and balanced acidity.

    Quinta das Arcas has around 50ha, 35ha of vineyards stand out, around 30 years old, where under the influence of a very particular micro-climate grapes of high quality of the Loureiro, Trajadura and Arinto grapes are obtained
