It is dedicated to the production of wines of excellence sustained by organic production methods and sustainable viticulture practices. <p></p><p>Quinta das Arcas has around 50ha, 35ha of vineyards stand out, around 30 years old, where under the influence of a very particular micro-climate grapes of high quality of the Loureiro, Trajadura and Arinto grapes are obtained</p>
<p></p><p>Located in Mancelos, municipality of Amarante, Quinta de San Joanne, birthplace of Casa de Cello, extends over 14 Hectares de Vinha, selected with some of the most distinguished grape varieties of Vinho Verde.</p>
<p></p><p>Quinta da Pedreira Reserva Bruto Sparking Rosé Wine is texclusively made with Baga grape variety.</p> <p>The wine was made using an open top process and gentle pressing of the grapes to extract the ideal color.</p> <p>Fermentation was spontaneous and there was no need to use a refrigeration system.</p>
