An excellent sparkling brut wine from Quinta do Encontro produced from the Bical, Arinto and Maria Gomes grape varieties in the Bairrada region
Located in the heart of Bairrada, in São Lourenço do Bairro, where tradition in wine production goes back to 1930. Inaugurated in 2007, Quinta do Encontro, a winery with the signature of the architect Pedro Mateus, is located in the vineyard landscape, in full harmony with nature, and is the result of a different and innovative vision of making and communicating the wines of Bairrada Region
<p>In the glass, Casa da Passarella A Descoberta Rosé Wine displays a brilliant salmon-pink color, offering intense aromas of exotic fruits like passion fruit and mango, alongside fresh red cherry notes. On the palate, it is lively and well-balanced, with crisp acidity and a clean, lingering finish. It offers a golden color, floral and citrus aromas, creamy texture, balanced acidity, and a long refined finish, ideal for seafood, grilled fish, white meats or aged cheeses.</p>

It was created with the mission of transforming and revitalizing the production of the vineyards that began to be planted in the 80's by Horacio Lourenço, after returning from Angola. <p></p><p>The Miogo brand has its origins in Quinta do Miogo in Guimarães. The dominion of Miogo was shared by several generations and owners and in 1755 Domingos Guimarães was granted a coat of arms attesting to his nobility as a nobleman with axes and olive trees. This coat of arms is a symbol of the Vinho Verde Sparkling Miogo, which was born in 1999 to exalt the nobility of the region's best grapes</p>
