<p>When tasting Quinta do Poço do Lobo Baga Pinot Noir Rosé expect a defined pink color, sometimes with onion skin or very pale partridge eye hues. On the palate, it offers great gustatory complexity, a very fresh attack, and excellent texture. The mousse is creamy, and the vibrant acidity results in a very pleasant, balanced flavor with good persistence, culminating in a complete and complex finish.
