<p></p><p>Casa Ermelinda freitas is a wine brand recognized by the world for its magnificent wines. From its very beginnings, made the quality of its vineyards and wines a top priority. When the company first started, wines were produced and sold wholesale and unbranded. It was the current management that decided to take on the challenge that is involved in creating an own brand wine. 1997 was the year of the company's new beginning in wine making, with red wine "Terras do Po tinto", being the first to be produced and bottled on the premises of the Ermelinda Freitas winery.</p>

<p></p><p>The history of the wines of the Casas do Côro begins with the purchase of old vineyards with more than 80 years in Marialva and evolves with a plantation of 9 hectares of the best varieties of white grapes. With a common origin in the Beira interior, share a passion for the land where they were born, for their traditions, smells and aromas, there continuing to credit and bet heavily on a territory that they consider unique. They are wines with a very fresh and mineral character, with exuberant acidity but above all are wines with soul and proof that with good wines you can make good friends!</p>
<p></p><p>Indiegente Red Wine presents very intense violet colour, nose with mineral notes and fresh fruit (redcurrants, blackberries and cherries), orange blossom, balsamic and smoked notes. The palate is fresh, with silky but challenging tannins.</p>
<p></p><p>Bal da Madre White Wine presents lemon green colour, floral aroma and fruity, citrus notes reminiscent grapefruit, lime, hints of pear and a hint of mineral notes of mineral notes that enhance the soil. In the mouth minerality, with a finish marked by lively freshness and persistence.</p>
<p></p><p>Quinta da Biaia is certified for organic production from grape to bottle, which enhances all its unique characteristics and profile, combined with an average altitude of 750 meters giving rise to wines with a strong acidity that is its backbone.</p> <p>No synthetic or animal product is used in the winemaking process. The wines can be integrated in a Vegetarian and Vegan diet</p>
