The finish is silky and elegant with a medium persistence. It goes well with all kinds of regional dishes, as well as game and other spicy dishes.

 Encostas do Peso represents the beautiful slopes of the Douro, the most beautiful region in the world. Made with the noble Douro grape varieties, such as Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz and Tinta Barroca. The harvests are traditional, in vineyards with high density and worked manually, marked with great precision ensuring a balance between sugar, acidity and ripeness
