    Immediately refreshing, with citrus notes, then engaging with other tropical notes, highlighting the passion fruit. Vibrant and fresh entry in the mouth with good acidity; progressive volume, balanced and tasty; crunchy and refreshing finish

    The grapes were destemmed and gently crushed before being thoroughly pressed. The decantation took place at a temperature below 10ºC for 48 hours and allowed it to clean the wort so that the alcoholic fermentation could start at a controlled temperature
