Quinta do Pégo is located in the Douro demarcated region in the heart of the area classified as World Heritage by Unesco. According to historical documents the production of wine at Quinta do Pégo can be dated back to 1548

<p></p><p>Secret Spot is a project by Gonçalo Sousa Lopes and Rui Cunha that aims to produce wines from a single vineyard that has the potential to originate a wine of unique qualities.</p>
<p></p><p>The Quinta do Filoco vineyards produce the best nectars of the Douro region, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The vineyards and the Cellar were being modernized with new equipment, combining tradition and modernity in the well know how to make wine. The vineyards stretched along 130 hectares, surrounded by thickets with typically Mediterranean vegetation that contribute to the unique terroir of the Filoco wines.</p>
<p></p><p>Poeira Desalinhados Peregrino Red Wine was born from the vinification of whole bunch grapes in a with the aim of giving a different interpretation to the Cabernet and Syrah grapes varieties</p>
