<p>Quinta da Extrema Ensaios Extremes Vinhas de Altitude Red Wine is produced from grapes which come from the high vineyards of Quinta da Extrema. These vineyards are planted with Touriga Nacional, Touriga Francesa, and Tinta Francisca grapes, carefully chosen from select parcels for their soil profile and sun exposure. The harvest is done manually, with transportation in 20kg boxes, ensuring utmost respect for the integrity of the fruit. In the winery, the wine is crafted in stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels, a process that emphasizes the purity of the fruit and the structure of the wine. <br /><br />After aging for 24 months in new French oak barrels, the wine is then bottled and matures for another year before it is ready to be enjoyed.</p>
