    Tasting Notes
    Light red color in the aroma is marked by soft balsamic notes of forest fruits and some spice notes. In the mouth it is presented with a great elegance, showing a fine acidity and very mature tannins, finishing very smoothly

    16 - 18ºC
    Vinification
    The grapes go directly to the granite lagares, without destemming, or crushing. The traditional step is made on foot. After 2 or 3 days of maceration, the wort goes to barrels of French Oak and Austrian Ton, where the fermentation ends
