

Águia Moura Blanc de Noir Bruto shows a complex and distinctive aroma, the palate is fresh and vibrant, with an exquisite flavour. It should be served at 8ºC, ideal for oven-roasted dishes.
Manual harvesting, direct and gentle pressing of the grapes. After decanting, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle (classic method), with a minimum ageing period of 12 months.
