<p>Quinta da Pacheca is one of the best known estates in the Douro region and also one of the first properties to bottle wine under its own label. It is first mentioned in a document dated April 1738 but it was only in 1903, when Dom José Freire de Serpa Pimentel decided to develop his interest in oenology, began to seriously dedicate himself to the risky business of winemaking. <p>Quinta Vale do Bragão is located in the oldest demarcated region in the World – the Douro. Owned by the Borges Costa family since the XVIII century, with approximately 30 hectares of vineyards, Quinta Vale do Bragão has been run throughout all these years by several generations which have provided continuity to this family project</p>

<p>Voyeur is a wine fermented and macerated in clay vats of 1000 litres during several months. In each talha ferment and macerate an old vine from a different place in the Douro. Here the grape varieties are a secondary factor, giving importance to the complexity of the blend, including the white varieties. Vines between 40 and 50 years old, from high areas, with a fresher profile so that they can macerate for months without losing their character.</p>
