<p></p><p>Barão da Várzea Grande Reserva Made with Rabigato and Arinto grapes from vines planted in sandy soils with fragments of shale. It reveals an aroma of unusual complexity, notes of ripe orange and peach, some minerality reminiscent of wet stone, with the whole involved in soft smoky nuances. In the mouth it shows remarkable volume, full-bodied without losing elegance and harmonious profile. Crisp acidity at the end gives it great persistence.</p>

Gum rockrose aromas with an initial hints of berries, followed by flavours of ripe blackberries and blueberries, ending with a slightly spice, balsamic touch. <p>Quinta da Extrema Ensaios Extremes Touriga Nacional Red Wine is crafted from the finest parcels of Touriga Nacional grapes, situated at an altitude of 450 meters on transitional granite and slate soils. This unique positioning of the vineyards provides the grapes with optimal maturation and balance. The selection and harvesting of the grapes are done manually, ensuring that only the best are placed in 20 kg boxes for transportation. Once they reach the winery, the grapes undergo cold maceration for 48 hours in stainless steel tanks. The fermentation process then begins, lasting between 7 to 10 days at a controlled temperature of 23ºC. An integral part of the process is malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels which contributes to the robust and complex flavor profile of the wine.</p>
