In the mouth, it is admirable the acid freshness in a red wine of the Douro, which positively reflects the influence of the location of these vines on a cooler terrain. <p></p><p>Quinta de Napoles is an elegant and structured wine. This wine represents the quintessence of our old vines at Quinta de Nápoles. Its pale red hue of medium intensity is characteristic of the wines from the 2018 vintage. The nose is at the same time delicate and complex. A base of currants and red berries gives way to floral aromas of violet, hints of Earl Grey tea, spice and a minty note which harmonises in a light and refreshing way with the wine’s wooded nuances.
