    Soups and stew fish, fish and gratinated fatty stuffed meat and mushrooms.
    Tasting Notes
    Yellow Citrus. Clean and seductive. The toast notes are immediate, slowly displaying the floral, stating freshness and complexity. Bulky entrance. A white wine with structure and the presence in the mouth with a long and a strong stress to the fruit.
    Vinification
    After destemming and crushing the grapes was transfered to stainless steel tanks for maceration held for 24 hours at a temperature below 10°C. Cold decanting and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature between 12 - 17ºC
    Ageing
    30% of the blend the final fermentation took place in 225 liters French oak barrels and battonage for 6 months. In the remaining 70% of the blend, the end of fermentation and stage occurred in stainless steel tanks
