VINILOURENÇO is based in the Upper Douro, in Poço do Canto village near the City of Meda. It was created with the mission of transforming and revitalizing the production of the vineyards that began to be planted in the 80's by Horacio Lourenço, after returning from Angola. His wine passion led him to develop his heritage

Ideal for delicate dishes of fish and seafood, it also pairs well with plates of poultry and rabbit
Tasting Notes
Citrus yellow colour and bright aspect. Austere and delicate aroma, which does not create great expectation for mouth. On the palate impresses with good acidity and distinctive texture which gives it a huge gastronomic aptitude

Vinification
Full destemming of grapes and skin maceration for about 3 hours. Fermented at 16° C, in stainless steel vats. During storage in stainless steel vats, wine was kept in contact with fine lees for two months
