    Pink salmon colour and bright aspect. Delicate aroma, with hints of raspberries. In the mouth, impresses with good acidity and distinctive texture which gives it a huge gastronomic aptitude
    Vinification
    Full grape destemming and immediate separation of free run juice. Fermented in stainless steel vats at 16° C. Storage in stainless steel vessel, natural clarification with the winter cold. Slight fining and tight filtration before bottling
