<p></p><p>Quinta dos Avidagos has a wide range of wines that goes from Avidagos White, Red and Rosé, Quinta dos Avidagos Tinto Reserva, Quinta do Além Tanha Tinto and Quinta dos Avidagos Grande Reserva Tinto. The indigenous varieties such as Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz, for the reds and Gouveio, Rabigato and Viosinho for white, allow them to achieve all the personality and character of the terroirs of the Douro. Combining cutting-edge winemaking with the traditional foot treading in granite mills (lagares), the aim is to produce wines with excellent value money with recognized quality worldwide, international profile and the nature of their homeland. The excellence of the wine culture, the use of traditional varieties, as well as the structural conditions of the region and the human project, has constituted the secret of success. The Douro is actually unique, singular. The wines deserve attention from critics regarding the quality and sales, both domestically and in export markets, have increased. We have discovered at Vinha da Cascalheira, one of the Estate’s many terroirs, a small parcel close to the River Torto, which benefits from very poor soils, southern sun exposure, and a specific microclimate, making complex, yet intensely aromatic wines with a very fine character</p>

<p class="droidr t18 cinza66 lh150">Duorum Reserva Reserva Red Wine is aged for 18 to 24 months in French oak barrels (70% new and 30% second use), giving it great structure and complexity. It shows a deep ruby color and aromas of ripe blackberries, violets, exotic spices, and fine oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied and elegant, with firm yet ripe tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, persistent finish. With around 14–14.5% alcohol, this wine is perfect for aging and pairs beautifully with red meats and hearty dishes. The wine is crafted by winemakers João Portugal Ramos and José Maria Soares Franco, whose partnership brings together decades of Douro winemaking expertise.</p> <p></p> <p></p>

Resulted from the union of 15 producers, owners of 18 Quintas spread throughout the best terroirs in the 3 sub-regions of the Douro region (Baixo Corgo, Cima Corgo and Douro Superior).
