<p>Niepoort White Reserve is harvested earlier than usual on the island, aged in stainless steel and is composed of three grape varieties: Verdelho, Arinto from the Azores and Terrantez from Pico.</p> <p>The colour is golden due to its partial stage in wood.</p> <p>In the nose, one can feel the iodine of the sea, citrus, apricot, spices such as vanilla pods.</p> <p>In the mouth it is structured, denser than one would expect, with an acidity that balances the almost salty aftertaste.</p>
<p></p><p>Quinta de la Rosa Cerejinha has a bright yellow colour and highlights aromas of white fruit, orange peel and lime. The palate confirms the aromatic component, in harmony with the vibrant acidity. A refreshing and mineral wine.</p>

On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, candied kumquat and more, a hint of candied mandarin with notes of fresh berries / juicy / finely acidic, as well as touches of spicy (almost salty) minerality.
