<p></p><p>The Ermos Mountains share the landscape with the vineyards overlooking the Douro of the municipality of Freixo de Espada à Cinta, in the Upper Douro. Inserted in a unique landscape, which holds us by the way nature manifests itself. In Freixo de Espada à Cinta, land of myths and legends, is where the Douro River meets the wine, this is where the Douro begins. This beauty is naturally reflected in the Montes Ermos wines</p>
<p></p><p>Museu dos Lagares Red Wine shows black cherry and tobacco aromas mingle on the nose, joined by subtle smoky notes, spices and herbs. The structure of this wine is the very definition of elegance. The palate is fresh and round, with a dry and piquant finish which lingers on the tongue.</p>

<p></p> <p>Vinha da Migalha by Palato do Coa White Wine comes from an old vineyard and is aged for five years in the barrel and one year in the bottle before being commercialised. It's golden in colour, the aroma is ripe and evolved, with resins and very ripe fruit but with controlled oxidation. Surprising on the palate, with acidity giving it good freshness, it's a full white with lots of texture</p>
