



Trifásico is an expressive and original red wine from the Douro Valley, crafted by winemaker António Braga. Produced from a blend of Mourisco Roxo, Touriga Nacional, and Touriga Franca, it takes its name from the unique three-phase fermentation process that defines its character. After the initial fermentation of Mourisco Roxo, freshly harvested Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca grapes are added to the must, initiating a second fermentation that deepens complexity and texture. The wine is then aged for ten months in used French oak barrels, preserving freshness while adding subtle notes of spice and structure.
Trifásico Red Wine presents a vibrant ruby with aromas of fresh red fruits, delicate floral notes, and a touch of earthiness. On the palate, it reveals remarkable balance—silky tannins, lively acidity, and a long, elegant finish.
