<p></p><p>The main objective of Quinta do Vale Meão is to exploit to the maximum, for the originality and complexity of its wines, the combination of the different traditional varieties of the Douro, from separate plots and the different styles that result from the geological variety of its soils. The Fifth privileges the combination of the traditional method of vinification in lagares with the modern technologies.</p>
<p></p><p>Quinta da Gaivosa Rosa Celeste Rosé is a wine in honour of grandmother Celeste, perpetuated in the vineyards of Quinta da Gaivosa by the new generations of the family and in this wine. A special edition limited to 1,880 bottles, inspired by her elegance, delicacy and light</p>
<p></p><p>Quinta de la Rosa Touriga Franca is characterised by its ruby hues. With floral and fruity aromas in perfect balance, where wild flowers and ripe blackberries stand out. On the palate it is very elegant, with a firm structure and dense body.</p>
<p></p><p>Palato do Coa started in 2007, when the winemaker Carlos Magalhães challenged 5 of his friends to buy Quinta da Saudade, located in the Douro Superior, Vila Nova de Foz Côa; considered by many one of the best terroir of the Douro region, in Portugal. With the goal to produce the best Douro wines, the estate has 7.5 hectares of old vineyards and 8.5 hectares planted in 2010</p> <p></p> <p></p>
<p></p><p>Located in the extreme south-east of the Douro Demarcated Region, Quinta da Extrema is part of a vast property with four contiguous Quintas that make up 476 hectares, belonging to Colinas do Douro Sociedade Agrícola. This property is part of the important Douro Internacional Natural Park, which has enormous game richness and extreme relevance for the Region.</p>
<p>Fermentation in stainless steel vats for 20 days at a temperature of 15ºC (70% of the batch). Fermentation in a wine press for 7 days at a temperature of 25ºC. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Ageing: 12 months in 500-litre French oak casks.</p>
