Touriga Nacional imparts great structure and aging potential to this wine. On the palate, Baga wines are generally characterized by their high acidity and firm, well-structured tannins, leading to a long, persistent finish. Some Baga wines, especially those from Dão, can also show notes of pine or earthiness. Given its structure and acidity, "O Fugitivo Baga" is an excellent wine for food pairing.
