<p>When tasting, expect a deep purple or intense red color. The aroma is complex and expressive, with notes of ripe red fruits (cherry, raspberry), black fruits, spices (pepper, cocoa), smoky and mineral touches, and sometimes nuances of Chinese ink. On the palate, it is full-bodied, fresh, and elegant, with present but assertive and well-integrated tannins. It boasts vibrant acidity, good mouthfeel, and a long, dry, and fresh finish, where fruit and spices linger, sometimes with a slight bitter note contrasting the fruit's sweetness. This wine's structure, freshness, and complexity make it highly versatile for food pairing, ideal with roasted or grilled red meats, game dishes, soft or aged cheeses, and rich stews.</p>

<p></p><p>Quinta da Alameda Torreão White Wine is produced exclusively from white grapes grown at Quinta da Alameda, Encruzado from the Torreão plot and 35% Arinto, vines that reflect the identity and minerality of Dão whites.</p> <p>Quinta da Alameda Torreão White Wine presents yellow, bright and clear. On the nose, the intense citrus flavour gives way to the resin of the Encruzado. On the palate, the acidity is queen, enveloped by the  thickness and elegant texture given by the wood. An excellent wine for Portuguese gastronomy.</p>

<p></p><p>The Quinta Pedra da Cancela is the fruit of the passion for the wine of the Gouveia family. The winemaking operation has been a family activity for several generations, in the beginning they were delivering their grapes at the Adega Cooperativa. In 1999, with the end of the superior studies in Viticulture and Enology of João Paulo Gouveia, son of João Coelho Gouveia, they decide to create their own wine. The vineyards were restructured, others were acquired and a modern wine cellar was built and with a high technology, all respecting the culture of the Dão demarcated region. In 2014 the name of the company became Pedra Cancela Vinhos do Dão Lda</p>
