<p>On the tasting notes, the Casa da Passarella Villa Oliveira Touriga Nacional displays an opaque red color. The aroma is intensely perfumed with notes of red fruits (like cherry, blackberry), spices, violet, cassis, pepper, leather, and licorice. On the palate, it's a full-bodied, fresh, and elegant wine, with firm but well-integrated tannins, and a long, persistent finish. Touriga Nacional imparts great structure and aging potential to this wine. For food pairing, this robust and aromatic wine is ideal with structured meat dishes, such as roasted meats, red meats, game (like venison), and intense cheeses, such as Queijo da Serra da Estrela. <p></p><p>Alameda de Santar Parcelas White Wine is the result of a blend of Encruzado and Arinto without going through the wood process. With citrus and floral notes, it gains complexity as it ages in the bottle. With a slight aromatic sweetness, the acidity gives it balance and plenty of nerve.</p> <p>The color is yellow, bright and clear. <p></p> <p>The Conde de Anadia wines are born at the Palace of the Condes Anadia in Mangualde-Viseu.<br />Wine production on the estate dates back to the 18th century. Within the walls of the Palace we find the 10 hectares of vineyards, planted at 500 meters of altitude in granite soils, framed to the west by the majestic Serra da Estrela and flanked by the forest of the property.
