Complex aroma, with ripe fruit (pear, quince, dried apricot), subtle honey, orange blossom, dried fruit and delicate toasted and mineral notes. Voluminous and enveloping mouthfeel, with a firm texture, balanced acidity and layers of flavour that evolve in the glass.
