Guadelim wines are produced by the family-owned company Sul Estoril, Lda. in the Alentejo town of Granja-Amareleja, a region known for its intense climate and high-quality micro-regions. These wines are defined by their full-bodied and robust character, often featuring high alcohol content and deep aromatic profiles. The red varieties, typically blends of Aragonês, Alfrocheiro, and Alicante Bouschet, offer notes of ripe forest fruits and cherry with persistent finishes, while the whites, made from Antão Vaz and Arinto, are celebrated for their surprising freshness and minerality despite the region's heat. 

The winery is deeply committed to environmental sustainability, utilizing a photovoltaic solar system to power its facilities and managing its vineyards under a strict Integrated Production program. To minimize chemical use, they employ traditional methods like grazing sheep to control weeds and implement mechanical soil management to prevent erosion.
