Soalheiro is the first brand of Alvarinho in Melgaço (the northernmost point of Portugal) and one of the first Portuguese producers of Alvarinho. Here, the Alvarinho is special, the terrain is protected by a set of mountains that create conditions of rain, temperature and hours of sun necessary for the better ripening of the grapes.
