Casa de Santar is the producer of Vinha dos Amores.</p> <p>Vinha dos Amores Blanc de Noirs Bruto Sparkling White Wine presents crystalline with persistent fine bubbles; Complex and distinct aroma, being predominant in red fruits jelley, biscuits and toasted bread. The taste is fruity with plenty of crunchy mousse, has irreverent acidity that gives elegance, persistence and originality.</p> <p>tIt is perfect as an appetizer, not very spicy dishes based on fish and white meat and desertes, or in leisure times. Drink at 8ºC.</p>

<p></p><p>Kompassus Cercial White Wine presents citrus-coloured wine with greenish tones. Mineral notes, citrus fruit and some vegetal flavours. A very fresh wine, but with volume in the mouth and a long finish. Very gastronomic.</p> <p>Cercial harvested in the first week of September. Pre-fermentation skin maceration for 4 hours, followed by gentle pressing. Start of fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature. Final fermentation in used 400 litre French oak barrels for 10 months with batonnage.</p>
