It’s crafted primarily from a blend of Cercial (70%) and Bical (30%), two indigenous grape varieties that thrive in the cool, maritime-influenced climate of the region. The wine is partially aged in oak, adding complexity and depth to its expression while maintaining a vibrant, structured profile true to Bairrada's classical style.</p> <p>On the nose, it offers elegant and layered aromas of green apple, pear, and citrus, complemented by floral, mineral, and subtle spice notes from barrel aging.
