A Proibida Red Wine presents dark ruby colour with medium concentration, exuberant nose, intense passion fruit notes. Fresh, authentic and simple attack, like everything good.
The Azores Wine Company was founded on April 3rd, 2014, by the partners António Maçanita, Filipe Rocha and Insula Vinus,

Pormenor Reserva White Win

Pormenor was born in the Douro Valley, Portugal, in 2013.
This project has a soul in its philosophy, giving priority to the main elements used in wine production: soil, vineyards, grapes and climate.

The Volcanic Series are wines of volcanic origin, where the soils, poor and stony, challenge the very definition of agricultural soil. In this almost "mother rock", in the middle of the Atlantic and at the base of Pico Mountain, pure and saline wines are born.

Branco Especial is a white wine with no harvest year, which confirms the excellence of Dão in the production of great whites and the guardian potential that characterizes the wines of the region. Wine bottled in 2019

Herdade do Cebolal is located on the Costa Alentejana, at the southern end of the demarcated region of the Setúbal Peninsula, near the village of Vale das Éguas about 17 kilometers from Cacém and 10 kilometers from the Atlantic.

Oceânico Arinto dos Açores is a white wine produced by Herdade do Rocim on Pico Island in the Azores, using the Arinto dos Açores grape variety. It is known for its characteristic aromatic profile and flavour, with notes of gunpowder, sea air and sulphur, which reflect the region's volcanic terroir.

Saborinho (aka: Tinta Negra, Molar de Colares) is one of the traditional grape varietals of the Azores Islands that almost disappeared from our vineyards. This limited edition of 1518 bottles tests the potential of this grape. The result? A fresh red wine, with a ligth color, salty, iodine and complex, teasing the palate with something that could have only been born in the sea.

Pico Wines is the producer of the Pico Wines Terras de Lava White Wine.
