Vicentino Arinto 2021 White Wine

With a strong connection to the terroir of Bucelas, Arinto is expressed in Vicentino respecting its origin in an elegant combination of the aromas that characterize it. The herbaceous aromas and vibrant acidity combine with a citrus and salty freshness, highlighting the proximity to the sea.

In Zambujeira do Mar, where the high temperatures of the Alentejo are mitigated by the Atlantic, the concentration typical of inland viticulture is balanced by the freshness and humidity of the sea, leading to ideal maturation. The grapes ripen, thus, in a slow and balanced way, with cool and wet winters, mild summers and the constant presence of the sea winds, creating wines where elegance overrides robustness.

Monte Branco Vinhas Velhas White Wine is an unusual combination of grape varieties, but it works excellently in this wine full of notes of flint, fresh herbs, lemon and orange peel, with a slight bitterness that gives it flavour. Dry and austere, persistent, with plenty of potential to grow in the bottle too.

You'll find hints of vegetable notes followed by fruit aromas, such as peach and strawberry, in a well-balanced and sharp profile. On the palate, it's medium-bodied yet properly structured, combining bright acidity with fruity freshness, leading to an elegant, vibrant finish. It's known for being a lively and balanced wine.
