Tasting Notes
Bouquet of red fruits, notes of blackberry and herbs. In the palate has ripe fruit, it’s smooth and creamy with a slightly toasted finish. Fresh and balanced, reveals silky tannins and good volume
Vinification
After destemming and slight crushing, the grapes were vinified in small stainless steel open tanks at controlled low temperature, followed by skins maceration

12 months in French oak barrels
