Quinta da Plansel are situated about 100km from Lisbon, in the southeastern part of the city of Montemor-o-Novo. They have around 75 hectares of vineyards that are an integral part of the DOC area of Évora
<p></p><p>Casa Ferreirinha and its wines are synonymous with quality, time and art. Thus it has been since the company’s founding in the eighteenth century by Bernardo Ferreira, whose formula was refined by his descendants, especially his granddaughter Dona Antónia Adelaide Ferreira, known affectionately as "Ferreirinha" or "Ferreirinha-da-Régua".</p>

<p>Cartuxa Red Wine pours an intense garnet color. Its aroma is complex and elegant, with notes of ripe red and black fruits beautifully integrated with touches of spices, tobacco, and vanilla from its time in wood. On the palate, it is a full-bodied wine with firm yet rounded tannins and a balanced acidity, leading to a long, persistent, and complex finish. This structured profile makes it an excellent pairing for dishes of red meat, game, and roasted pork, as well as rich oven dishes and semi-cured or aged cheeses.</p>
<p></p><p>VINILOURENÇO is based in the Upper Douro, in Poço do Canto village near the City of Meda. It was created with the mission of transforming and revitalizing the production of the vineyards that began to be planted in the 80's by Horacio Lourenço, after returning from Angola. His wine passion led him to develop his heritage</p>
<p>On the nose, Vadio Red Wine reveals a pure Atlantic freshness, with vibrant red fruit aromas, floral nuances, and a touch of minerality that’s typical of Baga. On the palate, it is elegant and finely textured, showcasing crisp acidity and refined, silky tannins. With an alcohol content of around 12.5%, Vadio Tinto offers a fresh, approachable profile while retaining depth and character. <p></p><p>On the hot plains of the Baixo Alentejo, just a few kilometres from the city of Beja, is one of the oldest wine estates in the region. Its vineyards represent decades of history that Henrique Uva has preserved and farmed for many years and which he always wanted to develop as an independent producer.<br />In 2004, he achieved his dream, with the project that goes by the name of Henrique Uva/Herdade da Mingorra. The Winery is surrounded by 1,400 hectares of a landscape that can be considered exuberant, such is the diversity of plants and fauna, with several river basins forming veritable oases. The Winery is a true place of worship. A place where modernity and functionality can be found alongside indelible traditional techniques.</p>

She holds a degree in Chemical Sciences from the University of Santiago de Compostela and a Master's degree in Viticulture and Oenology from the University of La Rioja. She began her trajectory as an oenologist in 1999 at Quinta do Côtto, and later worked as an oenologist at Quita do Crasto between 2002 and 2007. Both farms are located in the Douro. She has worked since the 2007 harvest as a consultant in different Alentejo producers, namely Tiago Cabaço Wines, Herdade do Barrocal, Monte dos Cabaços and Monte da Raposinha.</p>
