    Very rich aroma: initial touch of ripe fruit with dried tea leaves, then passing to balsamic and spice notes. Fresh and creamy start; evolving with good tannins and a very fruity mouth center, which prevails to the end
    Vinification
    The grapes are destemmed and crushed in the winepress with the traditional foot treading. Alcoholic fermentation occurred spontaneously and in a controlled manner. The malolactic fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks
