<p>Casa da Passarella O Fugitivo Baga shows a open colour. On the nose, it typically offers aromas of red fruits, often accompanied by vegetal notes and sometimes hints of licorice or cherry. On the palate, Baga wines are generally characterized by their high acidity and firm, well-structured tannins, leading to a long, persistent finish. Some Baga wines, especially those from Dão, can also show notes of pine or earthiness. Given its structure and acidity, "O Fugitivo Baga" is an excellent wine for food pairing. It harmonizes beautifully with rich, fatty dishes, such as roasted pork loin, roast suckling pig, or game meats. It's also a great match for cured meats, sausages, and aged cheeses, as the wine's acidity and tannins can cut through the richness of these foods.</p>
