    Bright cherry color. Aroma floral, violets, red fruits (raspberry, strawberry) very characteristic of the caste. Fresh wine, slightly full-bodied and marked by red fruits. Very soft and nice finish

    Total destemming, followed by cold film contact for 10 hours. Subsequently the cleaned must fermented at 14ºC for 15 days
