Mouth: Unctuous, with an intense flavour and well marked acidity, integrating a slight tannin from the barrel very well.</p>

<p></p><p>Filipa Pato Flos Castanea White Wine has a distinct touch of flowers (camomile, thyme flower), pears (typical Bical) and a slightly velvety character (hazelnuts, almonds, pine). After some time in the glass, it reveals even more thyme and honey. It will develop further with some time in the bottle. The palate is creamy, relatively smooth and has an intriguing minerality, spicy flavour and good length.</p>
